1. Power wash and wash with WAC II Roof Cleaner.
2. Prime surface with Tack Coat.
3. Reinforce seams with Spunflex embedded in Rapid Roof III Base Coat or Equinox Base Coat.
4. Seal roof with Rapid Roof III Top Coat or Equinox Top Coat.
